Here is your bread and butter for your profile and progress.
Below you'll see your progress page. When you start, you'll simply see one game on it: intro stage's Kamilia 1 and the unlocked image covering it, but each time you submit a win for a game the next one will appear! (sometimes more if you unlock a secret level, see the challenge games list to see which games unlock what).
To upload your win pictures and times
Simply click on the game you're up to in the challenge and an upload box will appear. Follow the instructions and once the information is entered, you'll be able to move on to the next game!
If you've already uploaded a game's win, you can click on the game to view it's information and even upload another image if you have beaten its time and wish to improve your score (especially on the leaderboards).

And PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR WIN PICTURE HAS THE IN GAME TIME IN IT!
The exception for this of course is Kamilia 1 which has no in-game timer, but otherwise:
if you need to link more than one picture there is a second box you can use to link an Imgur/Gyazo/Prntscr image to have both the credits and/or main page with the timer on it. I CAN NOT approve submissions without the in game time in the image, it simply wouldn't be fair to others without proof, sorry.
